We have a variety of houses because we know variety is the spice of life! But no matter whether you want our affordable or our luxury homes, the same level of care is taken into preparing you new home ready for your arrival. All our properties are reviewed, any maintenance is completed, whether that be a new cooker, a repaint or new carpets, and then the house is scrubbed top to toe ready for your arrival!

These houses contain 5 single study bedrooms which share a kitchen, bathroom and communal lounge.

These houses contain 4 double bedrooms, most are ensuites but in some rare cases 2 bedrooms share a shower room. The 4 study bedrooms in each house share a large kitchen diner and a lounge for relaxing after a hard days studying.

- Bathroom - bath with shower over, toilet & sink
- Lounge - sofa and chairs to relax
