The houses are ideally located for both Warwick and Coventry universities.

They are a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, or a 1 minute sprint if it's pouring with rain, which takes you to Warwick Uni or Coventry city centre in 10 minutes.  The blue line on the map indicates the route of the no.12 bus, for Warwick Uni students - you are literally round the corner from the bus stop.  

Morrisons supermarket is a 15 minute walk away, as is McDonalds, and there is even a corner shop on the same street for those times when you run out of milk!
